15 minute Normatec compression session with leg sleeves or shoulder sleeves

20 minute full body massage chair session

BOOKING FOR SAUNA SESSIONS IS NOT REQUIRED. You will need to complete all other sessions prior to sauna use. 20 minute infrared sauna session- Clean sandals must be worn in the sauna and you must sit on a towel. A limited quantity of towels are available for use. We encourage clients to bring their own towels. Our sauna hosts up to 3 clients per session.
