BOOKING FOR SAUNA SESSIONS IS NOT REQUIRED. You will need to complete all other sessions prior to sauna use. 20 minute infrared sauna session- Clean sandals must be worn in the sauna and you must sit on a towel. A limited quantity of towels are available for use. We encourage clients to bring their own towels. Our sauna hosts up to 3 clients per session.
